Hi, I’m Paul. BUT MY FRIENDs CALL ME PINGO.

For years I lived life at full speed and ignored the impact it was having on my body and mind. I thought stress was normal, sleep was optional, and pushing harder was the answer to everything. Eventually, that way of living caught up with me. I knew something had to change.

My turning point came when I discovered Transcendental Meditation. It gave me something I hadn’t felt in years, clarity, space, and calm. That experience opened the door to a deeper journey into self-healing. Over time I was drawn to breathwork and sound therapy—two simple but powerful tools that helped me repair, reset and rebuild my energy from within.

Today, I’m a Certified Breathwork Instructor and Sound Practitioner, and I share these practices because they work. I don’t teach theory, I teach what I’ve lived. My approach is down-to-earth, no ego, no fluff. Just practical tools that help you feel better, think clearer, and reconnect with yourself.

In my sessions, you can expect a calm, supportive space where you’re guided—not judged. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, low energy, emotional weight, or you simply want to switch off from the noise of life, I’m here to help you get back to balance. I believe healing doesn’t have to be complicated. Everything we need is already within us, we just have to learn how to access it.
