QI GONG
Qi Gong is a simple but powerful practice that reconnects you with your body’s natural energy. Through slow, flowing movements, breathing and awareness, Qi Gong helps release tension, improve mobility and bring you back into a calm, steady state. It isn’t about pushing yourself or getting anything “right”, it’s about tuning in, loosening what feels stuck and giving your nervous system space to settle.

Qi Gong works beautifully alongside Sound Healing. Movement helps open the body, clear stagnant energy and calm the mind, which means when we move into the sound bath, you’re already deeply grounded and receptive. The combination creates a full-body reset: first we clear, then we restore.
I offer blended sessions for individuals, groups and businesses, as well as workshops and retreats that combine movement, breath and sound. It’s a powerful way to reconnect with yourself and step out of everyday noise.
