BREATHWORK
The way we breathe affects everything, our energy, mood, sleep, nervous system and even how safe we feel in our own body. Breathwork is simply the practice of becoming aware of your breath and using specific techniques to bring it back into balance.
I guide both modern breathwork and traditional pranayama (yogic breathing). Sometimes that means deeper, more energising breath; other times it means slowing right down and softening the system. It’s never forceful. It’s about listening to your body and working with it, not against it.

Understanding Qi (Chi)
You’ll often hear me talk about Qi (or Chi), the life force that flows through all living things. In simple terms, Qi is energy. When it flows freely, we feel balanced, healthy and clear. When it’s blocked, we feel stuck, fatigued or disconnected. Practices like Qigong, Breathwork, Meditation and Sound Healing all help restore the natural flow of Qi through the body.
You don’t have to “believe” in anything mystical to experience it, you just have to feel it. Most people notice it as warmth, tingling, a wave of calm or a release of tension. It’s subtle but powerful.
Breath + Movement + Sound
Breathwork and Pranayama sit at the heart of everything I do. When we begin a session with the breath, we regulate the nervous system, anchor the mind and prepare the body to receive deeper healing, whether through Qigong, meditation or sound.
When breath, movement and sound come together, something shifts. You feel more present, more alive and more connected to yourself, not in an abstract spiritual way, but in a very real, grounded way.
I offer breathwork as part of individual sessions, corporate wellbeing programmes, group classes and retreats. Whether you’re new to these practices or looking to go deeper, we’ll move at a pace that works for you.
